FC 27 has four midfielder archetypes: the Creator, the Disruptor, the Maestro and the Recycler. The Disruptor is the new one in FC 27. What each one costs to upgrade
Every archetype has four attributes in its cheapest price tier, and they differ:
- Creator: Ball Control, Long Pass, Reactions and Agility.
- Disruptor: Slide Tackle, Stamina, Sprint Speed and Crossing.
- Maestro: Interceptions, Short Pass, Def. Aware and Strength.
- Recycler: Aggression, Stand Tackle, Stamina and Acceleration.
The widest gap between the four: 90 Stand Tackle costs 65 AP on a Recycler and 234 on a Creator, each from its own starting value. Raised to 90, the Creator is the outright cheapest in ten of the 29 attributes all four carry, the Disruptor in five, the Maestro in five and the Recycler in four; in five the lowest price is shared.

Its four cheapest attributes to raise are Slide Tackle, Stamina, Sprint Speed and Crossing; its most expensive tier holds Interceptions, Short Pass, Stand Tackle, Agility, Dribbling and Finishing.
